Hoje decidi alimentar meu espirito...

Lhe banhei em amor e lhe agradeci por sua força e luz que me fizeram chegar até aqui. Escutei meu coração e fiz o que ele mandava, senti meu estômago mais leve e mais bonita por acreditar em mim caminhei sorrindo. 

Me vi forte por  fazer coisas que nunca havia me atrevido.

Hoje alimentei meu espirito.
