Tanto ruído, 

O computador, o gato, o vizinho, a moto na rua, a mulher gritando com a criança, o homem falando alto. Tanto ruído, o passado com o tom elevado, o presente gritando opções, o futuro gargalhando. 

Tanto, tanto ruído, pessoas oferecendo salvação, cura, emagrecimento, saúde e paz. Tanto, tanto ruído que acho que é melhor me calar.

So much noise,

The computer, the cat, the neighbor, the motorcycle in the street, the woman shouting at the child, the man talking loudly. 

So much noise, the past with a raised tone, the present shouting options, the future laughing.

So much noise, people offer salvation, healing, weight loss, health, and peace. 

So, so much noise that it's better to shut up.
